Lippo Karawaci - Millennium Village - Enjoy a Smarter Home at Millennium Village

Millennium Village, located in the CBD Lippo Village, introduced modern Smart Home concept. With the new concept, the features in the condominium units in Millennium Village are adapted to modern urban lifestyle, where residents can enjoy the facilities offered.

Ashanna Djemat, the Business Development Manager at Millennium Village, explained that in creating the Smart Home concept, Millennium Village has been working together with Samsung. One of the facilities featured was the security alarm. Later, Millennium Village would connect the security alarm system with Lippo Group's business units, such as Siloam Hospitals. With special applications that can be downloaded through Samsung applications, residents can enjoy the latest technology that was consistent with practical lifestyle at the Millennium Village.

Millennium Village yang terletak di CBD Lippo Village memperkenalkan konsep hunian modern yakni "Smart Home". Dengan konsep tersebut, feature unit condominium di Millennium Village disesuaikan dengan konsep gaya hidup kaum urban, di mana penghuni dapat menikmati fasilitas yang ada.

Lippo Karawaci - We are Getting Connected Better

A good public transport system is very important for a growing city. The more diverse the public transport alternatives are, the easier it gets to travel within and out of the city. Recognizing the importance of public transport, TMD Lippo Village has been continually looking to improve the facilities and means of transport which shared below:

01. Lippo Village Shuttle Bus

Lippo Village has 2 executive shuttle bus services:

Internal shuttle bus: travelling from cluster to cluster in Lippo Village, begins operating from 0600 AM.

• At 30-minute interval, from Lippo Village Bus Terminal, connecting with Lippo Village Central
• At 30-minute interval, from Lippo Village Bus Terminal, connecting with Lippo Village West
• At 60-minute interval, from Lippo Village Bus Terminal, connecting with Lippo Village North
• The rate is IDR 6 000 (six thousand rupiah)

External shuttle bus: to and from Lippo Village to several locations in Jakarta, begins operating from 0530 AM

• At 60-minute interval, from Lippo Village Bus Terminal, connecting to Central Jakarta locations
• Using a point-to-point stop system to ensure comfort and punctuality for users
• The rate is IDR 25 000 (twenty five thousand rupiah)

02. Trans Jakarta Route T11

Lippo Village residents can now enjoy easy access to Trans Jakarta bus Poris Plawad-Senayan Roundabout via Karawaci route (route T11). The Trans Jakarta bus has several stops in Tangerang with the main stop in Lippo Village at Hypermart Lippo Village North. The current rate is IDR 3 500 (three thousand five hundred rupiah).

Lippo Village, in cooperation with Hypermart, plans to build a bus stop at Hypermart Lippo Village North to enhance passenger comfort.

03. Damri Shuttle Services to airport

Lippo Village residents and surrounding community now have easy access to Damri Shuttle services to and from the airport, accessible from Hypermart Lippo Village North.

• Damri shuttle departs every hour from 0400 AM till 0800 PM
• The rate is IDR 50 000 (fifty thousand rupiah)

With the increasing population in Lippo Village and surrounding areas, a switch from private to public transport is essential to sustain travel time and quality of life. The Lippo Village TMD will continue to work with various stakeholders to improve public transport choices to make transit easy and comfortable for our residents.
